Application, Approval & Participation Process:

• Submit your application / idea
• Your submitted application / idea will be reviewed and approved
• Make sure you are committed and do not let your team down at the last minute
• Always be in touch with your department and project supervisor

You need to write a document (in MS Word or PDF) by following the format below:

• Title: Title of your idea
• Details Description: The high-level overview/statement of your idea

• Description of background and problem, that your idea is going to solve.
• Description of how your idea works to solve this problem.
• UI Design of your idea (i.e. prototypes of paper, drawings of an interface, screen design, etc.)
• Advantages of your idea.
• Appendix (optional)

Rules:

• Individual participation is allowed. In case of a team there should be not more than 3 persons. For teamwork cases, team leaders should maintain all the rules.
• Multiple IDs of users leads to disqualification from the contest.
• During the participation we are requested to provide the user’s workstation’s MAC address and IP Address. Unregistered workstation is not allowed.
• We will provide the dataset during the event. Participants can also use an external dataset with the judge’s permission. In that case participants should mention the dataset’s source and reference.
• Any kind of dishonesty and hacking are not allowed.
• Total presentation system will be online based, so judges will get the remote access of the participant’s workstation to judge the project.Participants should maintain the giving submission procedures.
• Participants are allowed to submit his/her previous project; in that case he/she should include new features which are given by the judges. Otherwise the project will be cancelled if there is further evidence.

• Advantages of your idea
• Results of your project
• If it is your previous work, mention your new contribution
• Video Documentary Link of your projects output
• PowerPoint Presentation [if any]
• Documentation [User/Technical manual/ UI, if any]
• Source Code.

• PowerPoint Presentation [if any]
• Documentation [User/Technical manual, if any]
