• Your submitted application \/ idea will be reviewed and approved<\/li>
• Make sure you are committed and do not let your team down at the last minute<\/li>
• Always be in touch with your department and project supervisor<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  You need to write a document (in MS Word or PDF) by following the format below:<\/strong>
  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Title: Title of your idea<\/li>
  • Details Description: The high-level overview\/statement of your idea<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    • Description of background and problem, that your idea is going to solve.<\/li>
    • Description of how your idea works to solve this problem.<\/li>
    • UI Design of your idea (i.e. prototypes of paper, drawings of an interface, screen design, etc.)<\/li>
    • Advantages of your idea.<\/li>
    • Appendix (optional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Individual participation is allowed. In case of a team there should be not more than 3 persons. For teamwork cases, team leaders should maintain all the rules.<\/li>
      • Multiple IDs of users leads to disqualification from the contest.<\/li>
      • During the participation we are requested to provide the user\u2019s workstation\u2019s MAC address and IP Address. Unregistered workstation is not allowed.<\/li>
      • We will provide the dataset during the event. Participants can also use an external dataset with the judge\u2019s permission. In that case participants should mention the dataset\u2019s source and reference.<\/li>
      • Any kind of dishonesty and hacking are not allowed.<\/li>
      • Total presentation system will be online based, so judges will get the remote access of the participant\u2019s workstation to judge the project.Participants should maintain the giving submission procedures.<\/li>
      • Participants are allowed to submit his\/her previous project; in that case he\/she should include new features which are given by the judges. Otherwise the project will be cancelled if there is further evidence.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
